When will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped out by USPS 7 days after the campaign ends.  Once an item ships, it will arrive to you within 7 days if you are located in the continental US. 

Can I expedite my shipment to arrive sooner?

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer expedited shipping.  

Do you offer international shipping?

We ship within the US and Canada.

I made a mistake in my order, can I fix it?

Yes you can!  As long as the campaign is still running, you may edit your order at any time by logging into your account and updating the information.  This includes any changes in shipping address, sizes, or cancelling your order entirely.  

Do you accept returns?

At this time, all orders are final once we enter into production.  We do accept cancellations before we submit to production.  You may cancel your order by logging in to your account or by emailing us at info@signfordelivery.com 

Do you offer refunds/exchanges?

We offer refunds in full for damaged goods only.  If we have the inventory available, we will replace your item at no cost.  Please email info@signfordelivery.com if you receive a damaged item and a member of our customer service team will assist in the refund or exchange.

We accept all major credit cards as well as payments through paypal.  Your payments are 100% secure!
